FLUTE

The history of the flute traces back to ancient times. The modern-day flute started to take shape in the 14th century and its popularity quickly spread all across Europe. Famous musicians like Jean-Pierre Rampal, James Galway, and Ian Anderson have paved the way for outstanding flute performances for generations to come. Aa a part of the Levi Fry Intermediate Stingaree Band, we understand the importance of the flute and its role in music. Our program teaches students to experience the joy of playing the flute and to develop their skills to the fullest.
